Job Description

-Win new clients and projects, focusing on turnkey electrical, switchboard and design & build work
-Build a structured sales pipeline with clear targets and forecasts
-Lead bids and tenders with our engineering and estimating team
-Build relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants and facility owners
-Get Inspire onto approved-vendor lists with key developers
-Drive marketing that builds credibility (case studies, LinkedIn, events)
-Negotiate on value, not discounts, and protect project margins
-Build and lead your own sales and marketing team
-Implement sales processes, tools and reporting
