Support our Executive Chef in managing the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff
- Ensure quality and consistency
- Manage inventory and cost control
- Train junior chefs
- Cover Executive Chef when absent
Requirements:
- Culinary diploma
- 4+ years kitchen experience
- 2+ years in supervisory role
- Strong leadership skills
