Responsibilities:
- Manage daily paddy cultivation
- Coordinate irrigation schedules
- Supervise field laborers
- Monitor pest control
- Track harvests and yields
Requirements:
- Diploma in Agriculture
- 2+ years paddy experience
- Local knowledge of Polonnaruwa
- Valid driving license
