We are seeking an experienced Procurement & Logistics Supervisor to join our team.

This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Food & Beverage (F&B) operations, procurement, supplier management, logistics coordination, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities
Manage procurement activities and supplier relationships.
Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
Coordinate logistics, dispatching, delivery scheduling, and route planning.
Monitor purchase orders, quotations, invoices, and supplier payments.
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, and operational supplies.
Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee warehouse operations.
Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure stock availability.
Monitor stock replenishment and demand planning activities.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve supply chain efficiency.
Resolve operational issues related to procurement, logistics, and inventory.
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.

Previous supervisory experience in procurement, logistics, or supply chain operations.

Knowledge of supplier payments, invoices, quotations, and purchase order management.
