AI Safety & Ethics Officer

Job Description

We are seeking an AI Safety Officer to ensure our AI products comply with emerging regulations and ethical guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Review AI features for bias and fairness
- Develop internal AI ethics policies
- Coordinate with legal on AI regulations
- Conduct risk assessments on ML models
- Train teams on responsible AI practices

Requirements:
- 3+ years in AI/ML or policy roles
- Understanding of AI regulations (EU AI Act, etc.)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Degree in CS, Law, or Public Policy
