Responsibilities:
- Manage daily estate operations
- Supervise field workers and staff
- Ensure tea quality and production targets
- Handle field maintenance and harvesting
- Manage estate finances and records
Requirements:
- Diploma in Agriculture / Plantation Management
- 5+ years tea estate experience
- Strong leadership and management skills
