Job Description

Manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties in Colombo and suburbs.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs
- Handle tenant relations and lease agreements
- Collect rent and manage payments
- Coordinate with service providers
- Prepare monthly property reports

Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate or Business Management
- 3+ years property management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of Sri Lankan property laws
