Job Description
Chat Core Solutions is hiring female live chat agents to work from home for an online gaming platform.
Duties: Handle live chat with customers; create customer accounts; resolve customer issues quickly and politely; provide backend support.
Shifts (8 hours, rotating): 8 AM–4 PM, 4 PM–12 AM, 12 AM–8 AM.
Requirements: Female candidates only; strong written English; typing speed 35+ WPM; own laptop/PC, stable internet and power backup; previous chat support experience is a plus.
